Nick and The Lost Jewel

Soaring temps hovering around the 40s greeted first time visitor Nick who had finally managed to fly out due to all the rearrangements from covid . He knew things were going to be tough but the lost lump on the first morning , and probably one of the larger residents by the sound of things , would have sent most folks confidence spiralling . Nick , however, picked himself up and fished hard through the week , finally being rewarded with the smaller grassie that I'd said would be nice to see. See you next time mate in cooler conditions.
