RULES and REGULATIONS
Our fishery is intended to be a safe and friendly environment, with the health of our fish paramount. To that extent, the rules we have in place, we believe, are those of a no nonsense, common sense nature, that we are sure most anglers adhere to anyway.

Max 3 rods per angler at any time.
No unattended rods.
Min 15lb line – no braided mainlines.
No lead core or other types of leader. Tubing to be used.
No bent hooks. Micro-barbed hooks only.
Please use the unhooking mats and weigh slings provided.
No fixed rigs of any kind.
Safe rigs only (if unsure please ask. Rig checks will be made during your stay.)
No fish to be sacked under any circumstances.
Hooklinks to be cut, landing nets broken down and slings used to lift fish from water to cradles.
Fish to be returned as quickly as possible.
No standing up with the fish.
Please use the antiseptic supplied.
Any tackle loss/fish trailing line to be reported.
No nuts, maize, seeds or pulses.
No shelf life baits.
Only pellets supplied at lake allowed.
No BBQs or fires.
All rubbish to be bagged. Including cigarette ends and bottle tops.
On site toilets must be used at all times.
No bait boats.
No swimming.
Use of plastic baits not allowed.
No cutting trees/shrubs/reeds.
Anglers to vacate the lake by 10am on the day of departure.
Arriving anglers not allowed onto the lake until 1 pm.
Access to the lake strictly limited to anglers and paying guests only.
Excessive consumption of alcohol is frowned upon for the safety of both fish and anglers. Please drink sensibly. Anyone considered to be unfit to fish will be asked to leave.
